This manual is intended to help people understand H.e.l.f.a. to bring the project closer. This project isn’t actually that difficult to understand, as most of it should be understood from a gut level, but since we’ve been trained to do exactly the opposite for the last thousands of years, we need a little guidance on what we’re doing can and which ways are good.
This manual is not a manual written for eternity, but changes over time and adapts to circumstances… Just like the people, the language and everything else…

Various combinations of these words are possible.
Everyone can find out for themselves what H.e.l.f.a. is!

H.e.l.f.a. actively deals with the topic of the world and community of values in which we want and can live.
What we do with H.e.l.f.a. Implementation has already been practiced in a variety of ways. We rely on proven methods and lifestyles.
These include, among other things, the behavior of tribes that live in harmony with nature. Even among the indigenous peoples, the members of the community were respected and included in the interests of the tribe. The stronger took care of the weaker. Ideas and options were discussed and implemented together. Everyone contributed themselves and their skills to serve the community.
Examples from recent history include the solidarity of people in times of crisis or the selfless commitment of people during natural disasters.
Living examples of human coexistence are neighborhood help, donation societies, non-profit associations, friendships and families.
In all of these communities, help and support in various forms was and is common practice.
Underlying all of these examples is the need for genuine belonging in a community, which has been deeply anchored in us humans since time immemorial. The H.e.l.f.a. project wants to give this basic human need more expression and meaning.
So our idea is; to combine old and proven social concepts with new ideas and to let them flourish together with many people.
The new thing about the H.e.l.f.a. approach is that we get practical help with global networking through the Internet. Because if we as humanity come together, we will be able to create another system. One that serves us all - that is focused on the good in the world.

In many laws, constitutions and conventions, human dignity and self-determination are given particular meaning and importance. In reality, we are simultaneously experiencing how these and other human values are subordinated to economic, technological and material values. This faster, higher, better, further and more beautiful aspect has long since shaped our social interactions. Competition, division and egomania are consequences of this.
In addition, we are often confronted with unrealistic lives, careers and achievements of others - in reality, things are often different, as we are shown. As a result, many constantly optimize themselves and their environment in order to function better or to be better than others. Comparing people can lead to dissatisfaction, envy and resentment.
The fact that such findings and others are becoming more and more aware of people has triggered a global movement that is actively looking for alternative models of life - for the benefit of people, animals and all of nature.
This is not about fundamentally rejecting existing systems, but about; To check existing structures to see whether they serve people, animals and nature in the best sense. We are not only asked to question the existing structures, but also what we have learned and experienced, including our habits and beliefs.
We currently live in a world where ongoing global competition and rivalry are leading to injustice among the earth’s population. For example, some people do not have enough to eat and drink, while other people live in abundance. And the fact that many people are disadvantaged as a result is what really counts:
our nature, our humanity in one another, our families and relationships, friendships and our health.
What in our lives is truly real and has substance?
These questions about substance, about values, about liveliness are preoccupying more and more people, who are actively moving towards a good coexistence, because we experience our liveliness together, with other people.
In a society in which future generations can also build a safe, worthwhile and substantial life, we need reliable values. Values through which we can trust to create positive change.

In order for a change towards helping and supporting people to be successful, we also need to rethink our current social structures. That is why we need to take stock of what is true and real and what is important for the well-being of all of us.
We as H.e.l.f.a. do a lot of things and will do a lot of things, and we will leave out what doesn’t work for us. This is how we find out what is helpful for our social interaction, because there is no one-size-fits-all solution - social interaction is lived and experienced.
In this change process, it is important to rethink things, find new ways or use mechanisms differently. Of course, it is also possible for existing structures that work well to be used in the same way as before. The basis of a society is based on togetherness, trust and compassion. For some, this way of thinking and acting may still be unfamiliar and new - people are sometimes subject to their disadvantageous habits, but we can change them. Change can feel cumbersome, but we firmly believe that the initial effort is worth it.
By living together in connection with our fellow human beings, we can offer an alternative to separation, anonymization and discrimination and actively contribute to a more livable present and future. What is needed is the willingness to take more responsibility for one’s life and the life of our community.
So let’s start NOW to build a world together in which we can experience our humanity more again. We invite you to join us in creating a new community of values in which we all feel comfortable despite our individual needs. Every person is allowed to contribute their own needs, whereby regional and cultural peculiarities and differences are also taken into account. So that we have a common basis despite all the differences, there are the 4+1 H.e.l.f.a. rules on which we build.
We at H.e.l.f.a. present a solution approach with this manual,
how social coexistence can succeed with values such as compassion, respect, voluntariness, humanity, cohesion, empathy, understanding, support, personal responsibility and lived love.
Our movement is based on cooperation, autonomy and the natural.
This is not about either/or, but about a balance between what we need, what we are and where we want to develop.
Since we are H.e.l.f.a. We are human beings and do not have the opportunity to eat wisdom with spoons, we are always open to ideas, new approaches and also to pointing out mistakes, because together we build the world that we all like.

We are constantly asked the question of how we deal with political issues or what position we take. We do not take a position or speak politically.
As we understand it, political parties or institutions can be ideological or profit-oriented. This unsettles or divides people. The resulting pressure on a person to do something that does not suit them is in the direction of inhumanity. However, if solutions are implemented in the spirit of humanity and do not violate human rights and other personal rights, they will be successful and humane in the long term. So we focus on life, togetherness, living together.
We discuss a wide range of topics so that ideas, thoughts and opinions can be exchanged. It is important that relevant topics are discussed so that everyone can form their own opinion. In this context, appreciation, respect and acceptance of different views are important to us.
Why?
We need a wide variety of views to solve the problems of our society on this earth. Different thoughts, experiences and approaches to topics and projects are enriching. If we all thought alike, we would all fail because of the same problem. We want people to think differently. We want problems to be looked at from different perspectives. This way we can get a more complete picture of the situation. We reflect on finding solutions in our manual.
We at H.e.l.f.a. initiate projects, shape life together, think and act creatively. We rely on the intrinsic motivation that every child in the world is born with, which is based on curiosity, desire, love and the humanity of helping others. So let’s create a world that connects us all - us humans and all living beings - our nature.
But to be clear: We are NOT political. We are for connecting people with all different views, approaches and issues.
For us, exclusion only happens when people endanger other people or attack them in other ways - but that is the last possibility we consider and it doesn’t have to be that way forever. Before exclusion, we use our mindfulness and communication skills - to work together. H.e.l.f.a. connects. We help people get to know their own boundaries and respect the boundaries of others, because we all have one thing in common that we live for.
